Review by TheEmu

TheEmu So, I thought the La Grange was pretty darn good! But, seriously, most of this show gets filed under early 90's solid-but-average. There are a few interesting moments, like the finish in Bowie and a bit of an unusual Contact. There are also some rough patches in Set II, especially Fluffhead. But for the most part, this is just an enjoyable, pretty tight, average-great show. The sound quality on Set I is pretty excellent, and Set II would be better if it wasn't for the slow recording speed distorting things somewhat. Overall, though, I think it's pretty much straight-up three stars.
