Thesba No word from Phish Tickets on a refund for my partner's ticket- she can't make the show. Refunds at "point of purchase" were said to be possible - and TM apparently has been on its game - but Phish Tickets is MIA and has not replied to my email. This never would have happened if Phish were still running their own organization.
